X-GIRL MOVIE
Before she took part in KIDS, Chloë Sevigny was already a significant figure of the underground scene in the 90's. That's the reason why she naturally became the face of the brand X-GIRL created by Kim Gordon and Daisy Von Furth. In 1995, she co-written "X-GIRL MOVIE 1995" directed by Phil Morrison. A short film (strongly inspired by Godard's work) which reflects about relationships, art and the culture of that time.
In the movie Chloë is looking for a guy named Guy Lyonais, along with her friends Rita Ackermann and Pumpkin Wentzel. The girls even managed to infiltrate Marc Jacob's fashion show with an hidden camera. Influential people in fashion like André Leon Talley, Suzy Menkes and Naomi Campbell made a cameo appearance.
